I think them dudes gave Nas one of the weakest beats on the album. The beat gave off a celebratory vibe and sounded semi corny (Clipse didn't even want to lay verses on that). Hard to get inspired over that beat. They needed to give Esco something darker. With that said, his verse was fine. Nothing to brag about, but also nothing to hate on.

Nobody in real life doesn’t like the verse. Only hate I’ve seen on the verse was on here ironically. The verse and subject matter couldn’t have been timed any better.
