I'm thinking it was a money thing. Hit was in a bad deal and maybe promises was made about bread or something along those lines. Either way I hope they can mend that because you can tell how proud Hit was to work with him. Probably genuinely saw him as a friend.

Nah I don't think it's bread. I honestly think Nas be disappearing on nikkas. It's the most consistent complaint people have when it comes to him. nikka stop answering calls n shyt like that. I think Nas naturally don't wanna be bothered with people like that. And type forces it. Even if he likes u as a person. Son is known to be kinda "sometimey".

Nas gave Dave East a legitimate career in rap. Nas' cosign alone changed his life. Nas shouted him out on 27 summers for a reason. They collaborated on several tracks. And dudes still question why East wasn't on his last 6 albums, as if Nas hasn't done enough already? When East signed to Def Jam, he became Def Jam's responsibility.
And IF there is beef with HitBoy, how can anyone even assume whose fault it was?
But if dudes want to go there, Hit has a few missteps. Dude brought in clowns around Nas. Quentin Miller had dudes questioning Nas' pen. That's because HitBoy brought that dude in. Even introducing Nas to that clown Fivio. Nas and his team, not Hitboy, are the ones that have to deal with all that noise.
By all indications, Nas is a cool dude. Like Big Hit said, the Nas you see is who he is. A solid, cool dude.

Yea that's true. I knew he was different when he ignored Lupe text about the Winehouse album. Terrible idea from Lupe but he's still Lupe. He warranted some kinda response. Lupe probably hasn't had somebody ignore a message of his in 20 years and got in his feelings crazy about it lol
