son is just born to rap

Born with it in his veins and literally loves, breaths and his vice. That's one of the many reasons he's been my favorite MC since forever and good to see bro turn his love into success and bring others that inspired him along the way and not afraid to give/ show love!

I expect a full blitz press run starting early next week. They gotta let De La get their initial release run before Nas starts his. I would prefer a Dec 19 release just to get a solid 3 weeks before the next release tho

If De La aren’t going to drop videos or do any major promo after this week I think its safe for the 12th with Nas/Premo. Most of the Legend Has It series albums have had about 2 weeks worth of promo and then its on to the next project. Ghostface actually did the most promo before/after releasing SC2. Slick Rick did a fair amount of promo as well but his was mostly overseas.

Premo & Alchemist are on tour and it goes until December 20th so I don’t know how much press/promo Premo can do besides online/social media. Nas is notoriously press shy but has done some light interviews with Rolling Stone and Complex within the last few months. I HOPE he’d hit up all the spots Ghost, Havoc, and De La Soul to do a press run (Breakfast Club, Ebro & Rosenberg, Zane Lowe, Big Boy, Bootleg Kev, etc.) but that may be asking too much. Maybe just the Breakfast Club and a few interviews with sites like NME.

"Knowing" Nas i feel like hes not gonna want to overshadow the rest of the releases so i think it will be a fairly low key affair for their status in the game, he will like to be part of the series and not stand out as the capo dei tutti capi more than he has too...

I wonder if they did some pre recorded interviews and held them before promo time. Which would be smart.

This European tour that Primo is doing with Alchemist is running through till December 20th, so I dont know if theres gonna be any chance of Nas/Premier doing a press run leading up to the 12th.

Feels like its gonna be another drop the album with not much promo move. Im sure in Nas mind the album's anticipation should hype it but doing the standard outlet interviews that Hav, De La, Ghost did would help

Maybe he drops the EYL episode for the rollout. I could see him doing one big interview besides that, but don’t think he’ll roll up to radio shows or anything. Maybe he does the Kevin Hart show for instance.

I think it would be dope if Kendrick interviewed him. Same manager, would make sense.
