I think they are using ernie/shaq for pre and post game commentary. cuz those two cannot do play by play. so I assume it's kevin harlan, clark kellog, and hopefully a third person.

drive cam is dope...the camera moves to always position you behind the player you're controlling...you have a clear view of the hoop and you can see a lot of details in the game....imo it's 2k cam on crack....
I tweak it differently from dude...I turn off key zoom....and i use height 1 and zoom 1...so it's low but a bit further back compared to the video so you see the full player models for everyone...
no clue why he kept the zoom on 10 to cut off the legs of he players at the bottom....
