If PFM is healthy I say you play him.lol no it's not...I see all these type posts, yall trippin....if it was over for peyton and they believed in brock, the bronocs wouldn't have let peyton go as long as he did, injured, and would've put brock in there....brock gonna get the start for the rest of reg season (at least till the last game), then peyton gonna comeback for the playoffs....
That's not to say he's def a better option than Brock, though.
I think PFM played (and the Broncos let him play) through whatever injuries (even at the possible detriment of the team) because this is the end of the road for PFM and this seems to be his last year to compete for a ship. You don't just bench one of the greatest QBs of all time for an unproven 3rd-year guy. Just like you don't choose to sit when you know this is your last time to get a ring.
I think the Broncos will have a tough decision to make. Give Brock the reins--get to run Kubiak's full offense and have more mobility and arm strength at the QB position BUT be known as the team that benched one of the best QBs at the end of his career.
OR stick with PFM--give him a chance for a storybook ending and get those years of experience at the QB spot BUT risk a chance at winning a SB because you know he might not hold up and he's proven to make bad throws/decisions while hurt.
As a Broncos fan, I just want PFM to be 8 more than 92 about his health. If he's good to go, I still think he gives us a great chance to win. If he's hurt, he will be the reason we lose. No matter what, future looking alright at the QB spot with the young Brock.
