The relationship between Josh Freeman and coach Greg Schiano has deteriorated to the point that the Bucs quarterback will likely ask for a trade before the October deadline, according to Jason LaCanfora of CBS Sports.

In fact, executives from several other clubs believe Schiano's refusal to endorse Freeman is an attempt to 'undermine' general manager Mark Dominik, the report said. Dominik traded up to select Freeman in the first round of the 2009 NFL draft. Freeman is considered a 'pawn,' in a power struggle with Dominik because Schiano would like to have full control over personnel.

Schiano further alienated Freeman by revealing that he missed the team photo and the lack of trust between coach and quarterback is no secret in the Bucs' locker room, LaCanfora said.

Damn. I knew Schiano was a bad hire dude isn't HC material on the NFL level but I didn't think shyt would get this bad.

This really proves that what happens in preseason doesnt mean a damn thing. They looked good then, but even if preseason is misleading, the disparity between that play and what we're doin in the reg season is unexplainable
