Knowing Therrien. I have no idea. I hope Vanek plays with Pleks.

He'll fit right in with Pleks and Gio. If he doesn't work out there he can always slot in with his old teammate Briere.

The best thing about this trade is that Therrien is forced to give Eller real line mates again, unless he chooses to scratch him.

leafs should of won easily but fukked up horribly up 2-0 and on a powerplay... never seen a defensemen deflect as many goals in their own net as Phaneuf does

I say lucky because it was fairly even despite how bad the Rangers defensive coverage was a times, including the game winner which McDonough left Kessel wide open for whatever reason. Once the game was tied, it was anybody's game, just mad it was lost on such a bad breakdown of coverage

I think the Wings made the best low-key move today picking up Legwand Should fit in nicely while their centres heal up and he was an absolute beast for Nashville in the playoffs
