Believe it or not, he's actually the Habs ironman because of all the injuries to other players over the last 2 seasons.

But I still do worry about his previous knee problems. If he goes down, the only offensive Dman cover we have is Nathan Beaulieu who's only 21. That's why they need to Fire Therrien, sign Subban for 8 yrs and play him 27 min per game. That way they can play Markov on the 2nd pair and ease Beaulieu in on the 3rd.

Montreal medical staff. I think they can get PK and Michel to agree, He feels PK should be playing better defense(i don't necessarily agree) but this is the Montreal media blowing things out of proportion.

You can't crap on Bylsma when all he's had was a shyt Fleury and a backup goalie in the playoffs. MT is a trash coach. He is good for a team of scrubs that need discipline. He's terrible for a team with high end talent. You can't play that mindgame disciplinarian sh1t with high end players.

To Bylsma's credit he came in and smoothed over a team that was getting butt raped by a disciplinarian coach. You see it all the time. Disiplinarian gets tossed for a "nice guy" and the team responds. Therrien is NOT a good coach. At all. What has ever shown you that? 1st stint in Montreal he was a clown again. He's too much of a hot head and pinhead to be a good coach. His temper keeps him from being a good coach. Gets outcoached on the reg. Dude is terrible and the team is winning despite being terrible technically in every area. 5 on 5, crap. Power play is mediocre after spending years being top 3. Dmen give up the blue line easily. His system is downright retarded. Dump and chase with small/softish players. He sucks.

the one thing i like about the nhl playoffs is that it is a tossup, unlike hte nba, you can ride a hot goalie or a hot player and there will be upsets. Which is why just getting in is the goat, you already know in the nba that the 8th seed hawks are getting swept, in the east whoever the 8th seed is, leafs, wings, etc. can give the bruins a series

yeah therrien is horrible, if you take away that "french requirement" dude would never get another job at the nhl level imo, guys like therrien are guys like mike keenan, and torts their message only last for a while before players quit on them and want them gone.

the whole speaking french thing to me has always bneen status, why not just get an assistant coach who can since philsophies should be the same.
