Rangers look like a team in a transition with new young players, bad giveaway leading to goals, untimely penalties and bad defensive zone coverage . Hopefully, its just the usual bad start to the season, but it's gonna a struggle to make the playoffs for sure.

They are dumb as hell if they do that trade. Even though Staal is a center he is a shoot first player rather than a playmaker so I don't think he'd have good chemistry with Kessel.

Yeah, that Phaneuf deal is horrible. I can't believe Bergevin orignally offered PK less money than the Leafs are giving Phaneuf.
