Having so many injuries (on the blueline especially) isn't helping, but it seems like they're basically rolling over and giving up. At this point, even if they make the playoffs, they're probably the only team in the Eastern Conference that could be considered an easy series. Fully expect them to fire Johnston, get turned down by Babcock, and have another circus off-season that doesn't address the actual issues at hand. Crosby's "leadership" seems to be a joke, and if they trade Malkin while keeping him around I'm going to have a very hard time giving them any support.

Not gonna happen, Sens play the Penguins head to head on Tuesday. Looks like they're going to get at least a charity overtime point tonight, so they'll be able to tie Pittsburgh in points if they win then.
