To be honest there are quite a few black MPS And lords...the thing is the government in power the conservatives is more or less the Uk republicans, and blacks don't vote conservative...
I've lived in US and the Uk and I can honestly say its about even in terms of rascism etc..... Maybe in US it's a bit more in your face And in the UK it's a bit more subtle, but I think thats more due to the character of the people...
