I enjoyed it. It was good. Great in most areas while other parts were a bit odd and stuttered a bit. I would've pulled back on the Malcolm X/Betty/NOI moments and personalities a tad to keep it a little more upbeat throughout.

Aldis as Jim Brown really surprised me. And while I believe the brother from Godfather of Harlem is the best choice, I loved Brother Malcolm's portrayal here

I wonder if it was intentional to have Malcolm so off-beat when he was snapping along to Bob Dylan.
