It's all about the young players developing. If Oladipo takes that next leap and turns into a 22 a night scorer then they will be trouble with him and Tobias as the top two offensive threats. Not to mention Vucevic getting his 18 and 11 every night too. The key is Payton improving as a playmaker and shooter and Aaron Gordon needs to show why he was so highly thought of.

I dont think 'Dipo is aggressive enough to drop 22 a game. I hope I'm wrong. I also dont think Payton's jumper will ever become consistent. Again.. I hope I'm wrong. I love Elfrid as a playmaker though. I love his athleicism and defense too. With Payton and 'Dipo, our perimeter defense should never be a problem.

I think as long as Gordon stays healthy, he'll be a (at least) 14 and 10 guy. Vucci is Vucci. What you see is what you get with him.. like you said .. 18 and 11. Solid. I just wish they'd stop trying to make Gordon a 3. Let him man the 4. Just because he's developing a 3 point shot, it doesn't make you a 3. It makes you a 4 that can stretch the defense out further.

if he won't then for certain Super Mario will! (rookie of the year?).....i'm so looking forward to Mario and Gordon meshing as well as they do in summer league...def liking the way we look so far (i say another 2 seasons and we will exceed expectations)...i agree with most about Peyton keepin up with his play making skills and improvin his shot creation....hopin Skiles can put this team on the right path with all this talent....

While Hezonja will never be accused of being short on confidence, he showed some humility after being asked of comparisons to Drazen Petrovic. "He was the best player in the world at the time, so of course it is good to hear that," Hezonja said. "But I don’t like the comparison because it is disrespectful, so I don’t like it." While Hezonja was born after Petrovic' death, it's clear that the Croatian has the utmost respect for his countryman's legend.

I'm a Wizkid but I'm definitely keeping my eye on this team. They got a lot of great talent and while the Bucks are getting all the attention I think they have the potential to be one of the best teams in the East in three years.

:salute: to Gordon and Hezonja for balling out.

Victor averaged like 17 a night last season and his jumper was much better then his rookie year. Just like at Indiana he has improved his jumper every year so I have no doubt that he will continue to do so. And 5 more points a game is not much with another three a night and a couple extra free throws every game.
