The main FBI handler for Marty the past two seasons is a black woman.


Also the FBI agent Trevor who was the ex lover of that white FBI agent from seasons 1-2 is black.

Exactly. I don’t remember there being a gay black man. One of the main black characters is the woman who finally put some self respect on the table by going above the fed bosses and locking dude up herself.

Even when they go back to Chicago one time you’ll see a black woman strolling down street accompanied by white guy. Then you’ll see two brothers both alone.

that’s in CHICAGO. In Ozarks I can understand but even then the only black people are the ones working lol working as doormen and security smh.

Just finished. Alot of unrealistic shyt but the season was definitely fire. Still some serious headscratchers. Javi was the loaded gun-raise the stakes character to replace Ben. Why in the f*ck is he hanging out at Helen's house? Then he kills the police chief, drives the cop car in broad daylight to the Byrd's home, then goes back to Helen's house with Marty to clean up The Byrd's still running around with no personal security and what happened to the Snell's security? Maya ain't doin' all this shyt if they put the father of her baby in the show which we never see or have no clue about. We discussed this in the Rec Room thread about 'black women passing bm up and being eliminated from the picture'. Also the major thing that's eating me up.. how can the Byrd's, Darlene, Ruth, etc. sleep at night with all those people, good and bad, who frequently stop by their homes? These dudes all sleep tight and have breakfast and coffee in the morning when guns were pointed at them in their living rooms the night before.


Still entertaining asf tho. Most don't want to hear this but Netflix should do weekly episodes with their top fare like Ozark. Release all the episodes for the shows that are brand new and haven't proven themselves. The other streaming services would've stretched this show out for at least two months and get all the water cooler talk and buildup they can muster.

Finally got around to this and fully caught up. Del was easily the best villain and my favorite character on the show. Javi is a damn stunt double fans must’ve been clamoring for or something. He doesn’t cut it I think Darlene is still alive. Jonah is impressive a hell, but I think he’s ultimately their personal sacrifice in that accident, Ben doesn’t count. I really hated Season 3, speaking of…. shyt turned into a damn soap opera


Wyatt tho Such a smart kid. He could’ve done something with his life. He would’ve left that Ozark college debt free, if you know you know. Threw it all away for some box past it’s expiration date smh. Charlotte would’ve saved his life if he just hit it once. All that perspective he had just withered away with Ms. Wrinkles.

Just got all caught up, yea Jonah is a HOE, odd that he went this direction, he's worst like s2 Charlotte x1000. I have no sympathy for Wyatt at all, a lot of these characters are so hypocritical for when they want to be righteous it is annoying. Jonah doing all this about his mom, yet is working with Ruth & Darlene WHO Literally shaved his head and is the devil. Wyatt turning a blind eye to Darlene mess but HATES the Byrdes. I respect Wendy for just accepting she is evil.

Darlene running around like she's king did she not think the Cartel OR even the KC mob was gonna not come find her & Wyatt?

While I enjoy binging this, this show really needs and deserves weekly episodes. Would help build a little intrigue and keep people talking about it. I enjoyed the first part of this season but I watched it over a weekend and 2 weeks later I damn near forgot what happened. I know that putting a whole season out is what makes Netflix dope, but I think it does this show in particular a disservice

She doesn't really seem to mind living there because at her core that's who she is. And it's her connection to the only thing she really cares about, her family. Grilling steaks and drinking beer with her fellow trailer trash is all she knows.
But she was ready to finally leave and take her people to a better place until Wyatt decided to be a sucker for old rotten love
