He wasn't getting know no work, JMM was landing just as many shots as Manny, while landing brutal counters at that, the commentators were over selling how hurt JMM was, he got hit with good shots, but was never on shaky legs, still able to think clear, and was able to slip Manny's flurries, and land his brutal counters in return.......Manny might of had simply a one point lead at the time of the knockdown IMO

Manny should have known JMM has another level when his back is on the wall, and to jump im with his chin in the air...... his job was to make the fight boring and box when he was boxing Manny was looking great..........There is a reason Mayweather dint try to finsh JMM even though he was beating him from pillar to post, JMM was able to touch Mayweather with that overhand right over and over, and he knew JMM places his punches too well to be getting wreckless. Manny fought him 4 times he should of had of been able to make that adjustment

I noticed that and have been wondering for the longest why he's not still on the team ..

But the reason Mayweather didn't KO marquez was because he knew the fight was completely one sided... he was already the naturally bigger fighter on top of not meeting the weight requirement... Marquez didn't condition himself and was looking the entire fight... he had no power and his speed dropped as well... the few clean shots that connected had no affect on Floyd whatsoever... (Could be do to the Xylocaine he likes to inject in his body that's only legal inNevada) If Floyd just KO'd JMM, he would've just looked like the big bad bully picking on a lightweight fighter to the public..

dude was a SP period..thats why no one wanted to fight him lol..and he hit pretty hard too..but he wasn't hard to hit...journeymen were able to drop him even before foreman finished him..not too deviate from the topic on hand..mike did a good job of making manny more aggressive when he was in the camp but thats about it

Roach is the problem, Khan see's it, Chavez Sr see's it(although he remains respectful to Roach), hopefully Manny see's it and make a change.......shyt he dont even have to fire Roach, simply hire more trainers to get some new blood and new techniques in the picture, someone that will hold Manny accountable for half assing. Officially, he's 1-2-1 against Pacquiao. IMO, he's 2-2 against Pacquiao, and a 5th fight would be a great way to end both their careers in April. I think he's scared, because Pac has been doing VADA testing lately, and if JMM was to actually agree to face him....he would be busted for roids or end up taking the L.


At first, I was against a 5th fight because I wanted to see them vs other people while they were still fighting, but if it's a final fight, Im with you on that....Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez 5 should be both of their last fights.
