Pretty much that entire movie is canon. They reference everything that happened in it. 'The Flash' was the end of anything to do with the Snyderverse. Anything Gunn wrote/directed is canon.

If you wanted to start from the beginning it would go 'The Suicide Squad' ---> 'Peacemaker' S1 ---> 'Creature Commandos' ---> 'Superman' ---> 'Peacemaker' S2

No, James Gunn has said that only parts of "The Suicide Squad" is canon but definitely NOT the "entire" movie.

Peacemaker literally dies in TSS lol. Basically only the parts of TSS acknowledged in Peacemaker Season 2 are canon.

But that's the thing, this isn't a new universe, he just retconned the old one, so yeah he is gonna pick and choose what he wants, like he changed the Justice League existing but didn't change the ending of his SS movie, it is what it is and I have no problem with it, better than multiverse/timeline merging nonsense.
