Man first week doing this and my legs are hating me right now and I've got lower body hypertrophy to do tomorrow!!!

Went hard on Tuesday with the power lower body. Enjoying it so far as just completed my back and shoulders session.


How y'all doing?

GOAT workout man at first I didn't believe Norton was natty but the longer I've been doing PHAT the more I'm starting to think it might be possible.

Week one for me...interesting workout don't feel much soreness yet. I'm doing chest and arms today.

ill say this, if you werent doing heavy lifts prior to PHAT it can be excruciating switching from strength > hypertrophy

I'm starting next week. fukk my cut. Started too late and haven't been doing any cardio. I'm just gonna slow bulk from now till next March. Then go extra hard with the HIIT then

I lifted pretty heavy prior to starting PHAT, shyt is still pretty surprisingly tiring. I think it is cuz of all the extra volume and exercises.

Leg hypertrophy is no joke. I'm not use to doing 12-20 reps and it really kicked my ass today. Just the first week though, hopefully I can adapt.
