I was supposed to throw a bbq on Sat w/ a few of my homies. Everybody been on edge last several weeks...shootings, trash strike, and scorching hot weather

There's no reason any city should get piles of trash like that. I was in Philly this weekend. Had to pick up some trash for family members in West Philly. Took it to 50th and Locust. The whole dumpster filled to the top. Luckily the garbage truck was there and I just put it in there. Man from 66th and market all the way down nothing but garbage.
