  • Trash G was right, but him being a smoker didn't help his case. The torture was on par for what you'd see/hear of during that time.
  • Davina's loyalty to her mother is going to outweigh anything. What is Kanan to do if he finds out she told Unique?
  • Laverne explained the Lo Life culture perfectly to her girlfriend. She's been a great casting. She just reminds me of girls I grew up with in the 90s down to the simplified perm and hair.
  • "Kids" having sex and getting killed on camera. It's definitely not like the other installments.
  • They're definitely a small time crew. How is Scrappy the only person responsible for being at the stash house?
  • More clothing issues that you catch instantly if you know your shyt. In the next episode, Kanan is wearing a Georgetown jersey from the late 90s and not 1991. They didn't wear that specific style (material and lettering) until the late 90s.

If you're trying to be era specific, you need to stick the landing. It may not matter to you, but it should to the people running things. That would be like Snowfall using a car from the late 80s/early 90s in 1984. People who were around for that era are going to notice it.

I like where this show is going its not perfect by any means but its entertaining and very realistic down to the boring relationship shyt cuz that's apart of the life as well its not all action and shootouts all the time

I hope they're not looking to recreate that scene between Tariq and Tasha after he popped Ray Ray.:comeon: Jukebox never struck me as the pillow princess type:ehh: This was the first episode Joey over-acting as Unique really stood out to me. He should have thrown the shirt out. I said that when it happened. Just used it as a convenient excuse to move the plot, because Raq said he doesn't know how to do his laundry.
