Dmac didnt hate his dad for being gay. Dmac hated his dad for not being there when he was growing up. Do yall nikkas just zone out in parts? This shyt was established since season 1. shyt was a whole story line. Yall dont remember Dmac fukking with his club and shyt because he was hurt JP wasnt in his life?
Yes Dmac called him fakkit and shyt, but that was just to get under his skin because he was still hurt JP wasnt in his life. So yea, JP going after Jenard and Dmac being this upset his dad was killed is decent/long form story telling. They finally peaced it up and was on good terms etc.
So if you cool with JP being all this shyt from a story telling standpoint:
You should be cool with the arc of him being a absentee father and them ended up being on good terms.

I really HATE how this show devolved into EVERY fukking character double crossing one another. the EXACT same thing regular power did in its final season and that power book II did from the jump that made me stop watching.

Show is exciting and funny but it’s terribly written
1. Feds going to put a APB on Tommy,, next clip there goes Tommy Vehicle driving throughout the city and sees the cops and easily turn right down the road and nobody peeps the car
2. This Hitman is a fukking goof.. so you bring a gun to kill Miraya but a knife to kill her brother last episode
3. And Miraya still sitting in the hospital parking deck waiting on Tommy.. you telling me there’s no security, no cameras no other people working late in a fukking hospital
