They have a box near them that once you touch they explode in a few seconds.
I keep getting bodied for neglecting my HP bar and health crates. 
At one point I tried to get some health during a firefight realizing I was low, I shot a crate but I was too far from it so the shyt went off the cliff instead of homing to me
them goons just kept shooting. I got clapped quick.

Make sure you break everything in sight and take the time to search under water and little corner areas. I don't know about the other modes, but playing on hard I'm leveling up and buying all the guns fast as hell.

we LOVED it. It made me feel like a kid again, and became an instant classic for my son.

I think I'm gonna cop as a cool down game in between Dark Souls when I need to take a break from dying
between 12-15 hours I would say. Would have finished up sooner but got hung up looking for the last 3 gold bolts before heading over to the final level.
started the Challenge mode with the Omega Weapon upgrades unlocked, but now in Dark Souls 3 mode
