They got their lowest Raw ratings in late 96 when Shawn Michaels and Sid were the main parts of the shows. Can't blame Bret for that.

The two lowest rated shows december 23rd and december 30th HBK didn't wrestle on the show and wasnt champ. Bret was on both shows and was the main event. Ratings dropped after HBK lost to SID. Who you gonna blame for the lowest rated WM of all-time? Bret was main event against Austin and HBK wasn't on the card. Men lie women lie ratings don't

How about show the ratings from when HBK won the belt until June? HBK had the highest ratings for both companies in 96 beating any NWO rating. Rating went up to 4.8 after HBK won the title. Vince was like

You haven't missed much. Only things worth watching are the Tag Team Titles match, Paige vs Sasha Banks, Nikki vs Charlotte, and the main event. And I only say to watch the main event because of its historical significance. The main event was
