i was in stockton for the first time in my life about 3 weeks ago. stayed at a friend's friends crib... yo their sht was hella big, 4 br, 3 bath, big ass pool. they copped for 100k

i been thinkin about coppin a house in sacramento as a rental property.. theres still houses goin for under 100k out there, and my aunt is renting an old ass house for 1200$ in some shytty small town near sac.

im tempted, i cant find shyt in the bay area with all these fukkass investors raping everyone
