I haven't watched the Real World in years. It's definitely for the under 18 crowd. The challenge is more exciting now than watching 7 people bone. Plus they always pic or hire a crazy black person which is annoying and why I won't watch survivor anymore.
But since I'm bored I started tonight. Here's my impression:
Ashley: future alcoholic and a little loony. Why does she keep claiming SF is her city when she's from WV? My prediction is she's going to stop drinking when she watches this season. She's not bad when she's sober.
Arielle: probably the coolest chilliest person in the house. I LOVE her personality. So rational
. So calm
. So nice
. She's what everyone should be. However I think she's way too much of A happy person to be a horror film director. You need a dark side to succeed in that...
Cory:
he's cute but I think the whole player thing is really unattractive. He doesn't really seem all the smart or centered. What kind of brain thinks that cheating on a long term gf will end with her wanting to stay with you
. Also that temper. Hate it. He does seem like he has good parts to him. I like his story lines- they're interesting. Like a puzzle.
Jamie: gorgeous but obviously damaged by her ex. Damage isn't bad though- I think she and tom can make it.
Jay:
not attracted to Italians- how the hell have you lived in NY your whole life and never interacted with blacks
. I do admire his dedication to family though. He seems like a kind, normal guy. I feel horrible about his mom
Jenny: she seems really fun to me. Nothing stands out too much but I like what she brings to the show.
Tom:
probably the guy I'm most attracted to in terms of values and personality. He's very relaxed and sweet and is confident but isn't a dikk. Just seems easy to get along with. I don't like the flirty behavior but I think he and Jamie can pull through.
for the rest of the season. Homie ain't feelin Jamie no mo. She was waaaaay to clingy
