There was a lawsuit with the belt, that's why they changed it, they had issues selling replicas between the belt maker & another company that makes the replica versions to sell 
Ospreay (not that ROH uses him outside the random PPV) looks like he's on the way out. WWN is teasing an announcement on Dec. 20 for someone coming back & they use a silhouette & you can see WO on the tights.
