I was just listening to a show that called Nikki the unsung hero of the women's revolution.

One of the worst WWE narratives of this new era is that Nikki and Brie Bella ever meant anything to the WWE Womens Division

they made them the actual legacy based carrying flagship of the divas era too.

Nikki did ramp but Steph squashing brie.
as a booking decision totally hurt the idea of both, brie and Nikki being a legacy or flagship of the division/era.

That's not bad but they have plenty of time to set up whatever in the coming weeks and months. The ending was already overbooked and confusing as it was, that would've been way too overkill.

Be prepared for pages and pages of neckbeards making complaints and negative predictions about the women's rumble that never came to fruition.

What do you mean? The "legends" and Rousey overshadowed the entire thing. Sasha spent most of the match outside of the ring. It was hardly smooth. Kairi and Asuka helped carry the match.
