I watched the battle again, and you're right. It was crazy, but it is a lot less hype on repeat watch. I think it's much closer on cam. (The battle as a whole)

Verb's material already aged better. He's such a significantly better rapper.

I'm the opposite the more I watch it, the more it's clear Twork got the second imo. Verb's wordplay is very lackluster in comparison to Twork and it kinda showed. That Devin Booker line, the Holla line were both very low quality lines. I do agree that Verb is a much better technical rapper in terms of flow and mutli-syllabic rhyming, but he needs to step it up with his metaphor/wordplay.

This is kinda why Lux doesn't really view Verb as much comp as he does Daylyt.
