The latter is a clusterfukk, albeit a well worth it clusterfukk of a movie with an insane amount of fan service that can't help but be enjoyed.

Where it's a really just a fan service heavy conclusion film.
Far From Home is the better movie.
You really just watch this one to see Tobey, Doc Ock and Green Goblin again after almost 20 years.
