I hope they gave Jake a good role man, he's too talented for a ho-hum marvel villain
Same Marvel who used Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin

Assuming this is how the Fantastic Four and X-Men get brought into the MCU. That's a better explanation than what people say that the X-Men are in hiding and/or Professor X simply erases the memories of billions of people on earth everytime the X-Men or mutants make an appearance.
I could have sworn I read that Far From Home takes place before Infinity War but that would contradict since he's wearing the Iron Spider suit in the trailer.
SecretWars from a few years ago was dopeStrangely I'm not a big fan of multi-verses either.Spiderverse did it right but besides that?

I have a theory that the 5 year time jump is a way to bring younger hero's into the mix without having to wait in real time. Like Haweye's daughter, Antman's daughter. Miles, etcIf Miles didn't get snapped, then wouldn't he be around Peter's age now? I kinda got the idea that Miles was like 10 in homecoming cuz Donald Glover doesnt look old enough to have a teen nephew
I think this is more fans wanting the multiverse stuff to be true so they'd rather see that actually happen instead of it being a ruse like Iron Man 3 Mandarin.
That was a horrible explanation(Proffesor X erasing memories). Lets keep it real,if they can't simply explain X-Men and mutants existing due to butterfly effect. They need to just give X-Men there own thing completely seperate from the Avengers. I'm starting to think that needs to happen anyway to be honest. Drop the Avengers and put all of your focus into X-Men. We can start the timeline right around Civil War era where there was a crackdown in super powered beings. All the Avengers are still alive and will just be featured characters from time to time in the X-Mens story, from the X-Mens perspective . You could start making Avengers movies again from that point. But they should cut the breaks on all Avengers related properties outside maybe GOTG since they are in space ,and Black Panther who is his own entity in Wakanda. They need to just say its a fresh start, the stones and time travel caused a butterfly effect and its a new beggining. Seems like the easiest way, especially since nobody is buying the whole "Jumping through time doesn't create a butterfly effect
" that you guys have been trying to sell us since the movie dropped

Quite possibly one of the worst posts I ever read
I don't like how involved they made tony with a young peter either, but it's the movie verse. Ultimately I'm fine with it now that he's dead. The time span is about = from Endgame to FFH as is from CW = HC. Tony Stark is basically being used to fill the Uncle Ben role and it doesn't work. I like MCU Spidey but I feel they've messed key characterizations.
Spider-Man: Far From Home star Jake Gyllenhaal was a guest on the Ellen Show today, and he brought the first clip from the Spidey sequel with him.
These sneak peeks are usually not very revealing, but this one is certain to get fans talking as it further explores the Multiverse that was first mentioned in the most recent trailer, while also confirming that the events of the Marvel Cinematic Universe unfold in in Earth Dimension 616!
Quentin Beck explains this to Peter in the clip below, and also mentions that he's from Earth 833 - the reality of Billy Braddock, aka Spider-UK.
