How are Vulcans and Romulans different from each other?

I guess it depends on the what one particular set of show writers wants to have as a plot point.

The only major difference between vulcans and romulans is that the ROMULANS are way more emotional, human like than vulcans are... basically.

It could be that because that because genetically the romulans are able to deal with emotions they dont have telepathic abilities of their cousins.. like give and take tradeoff...

I assume so because if the romanlas could mind meld then they would do it themselves and not rely on the remans for psychic stuff.

They did it in a nemisis deleted scene and in first contact also tbh i don't like it though lol. I'm kinda growning to hate this show.
