Yea, you can upgrade to AE on the PS Store and yes, you will get Yun and Yang, Evil Ryu and Oni. I'm pretty sure if you wait until 2014 for Ultra you can get all of the characters from Arcade Edition included.

Just throwing out a warning I remember a homie told me how MadCatz was trippin' bringing out new fights sticks with ugly art on no option to customize.I need a new one as well. I was looking at the Hori Fighting Edge but since their gonna be obsolete for new gent (unless adapters are made) I decided to hold off on getting a new one.
If you really want a fight stick, you either gotta go hard or go home. Madcatz was selling that Soul Calibur stick for 80 during EVO, and their Tekken Tag 2 stick for 100. Both quality sticks.

Don't blame you. shyt is REAL tedious to get down. Only reason why I stuck with it was because of how much money I spent and I couldn't sell it since I customized it right out of the box.

I found a brand new sealed round 1 tournament edition street fighter iv fightstick for a little under $150,
I also researched the sfxt fightsticks,
If I were to purchase one,
It would be the VS. model,
But I'm not a fan of sfxt,
Was not a good game overall to me.
After many days of hunting,
I'm happy.
I wish kofxiii had its own version of a fightstick.
