Meh. They should have used the Higher Education Act the first time. So much for the lawyers being super bright people.

I have $20,000 in student loan. I will be able to pay this off by January, before the Supreme Court shyts on Biden again.

They obviously went about it the first way because it was a unique scenario that would allow them to use the time limited approach and continue to test their executive powers.

That said, I'm not sure why folks are saying we told him to do it that way approach when y'all were also saying the other approach should work because they didn't have standing to challenge it. :dahell:

I understand some folks are lawyers and enjoy the gamesmasnhip of legal theory and argumentation.

But I have to agree with you that all I'm seeing it do is legitimize the SCOTUS decision.

They didn’t. That was the whole point of the dissent. But you can’t account for this court saying fukk precedent. They could very well find a way to fukk over this way too.
