Does Shiv know about the ultimatum he gave about walking from the deal? I know Rome knows and he called Kendall. Rome said he would walk out at the table, but did Shiv know before she started all of this? I may have missed it.

Edit: Yea, watching this scene at the club or w/e it is, I dont think Matson contacted Shiv about walking. Thinking back on it, Rome sorta laid that "Matson will walk thing" as him knowing him and how he would respond.
