I don't really think the writers spared that much thought into the whole thing. It's basically just a interracial pairing for drama.

I was initially taken aback by that, but figured I could see a woman doing that, considering the legit dangers that dealing with MM put her and their child through. She probably wanted something as far away from that as possible to prevent similar situations from occurring. Definitely seen women do "romantic" moves like that before, especially on tv.

I can't lie I've been thinking about this myself. Game of thrones, Breaking bad, Ozark, Narcos, Avatar, Cobra Kai,

All of those have at least 3 seasons and by that point it was still very engaging and high quality.

That's not even getting to shows like The Wire, Band of Brothers, Peaky Blinders, etc. Shows that I haven't seen personally but have heard high praise.

I can’t really feel any way about butcher cuz I fully know who he is as far as how far he’s prepared to go to get what he wants…all this scene does is make me think they’ll possibly have his shyt play out the same way it did in the comic

Yeah, I've heard of it, but I couldn't even tell you who's in it. Weird how such a critically acclaim show isn't just plastering across my SM feeds, random internet shyt, etc. to even see a iota of what that show is about tho. I have one homie that has big upped and recommended it to me and that's either.

Far as those others, Ozark is one that I've just scratched the surface of watching from a barbershop visit, I definitely watch Cobra Kai and almost agree, cept as great as that show is, its definitely not on this level (but yeah, you may be rigth on its upward trend tho). Finished BB and that....I suppose fits the bill. I hear GOT went to shyt in its final season tho and I've also had no interest in that series outright. Narcos seems cool, but I'm not too deep into the drug game dramas. The Wire was my shyt and BB eventually got me to watch as well, but eh...
