movie was okay.
first half was really slow and it didn't help that the main characters were dry and overall boring. kumail's character was the comedic relief the movie needed and while the second half was way better, i didn't like how the final battle ended with ikarus. the introduction of the celestials was cool and that 2nd post credit scene was

It's decent but only Antman and the Wasp is a worse MCU movie. The lead up to, the actual Yondu death and tribute afterward saved this from being a 'bad' movie.
Gunn is someone who I dislike but can't deny his talents, guy was absolutely influential in maintaining Marvel's success.

GOTG2 has incredible cinematography but the story was meh and the jokes were grating.

I haven't seen the eternals yet but read the script and spoilers and disagree. It was the dark world of this phase. The only movie it might be better than was black widow.

I haven't been through this thread to see what the general consensus for this film is here, but the bad reviews I read don't align with my views of this movie. It was a bit more serious than I expected but I appreciated.
