• English speaking Hispanic man tells on scene reporter, he saw an apparently white person in all black with a mask on shooting.
• Spanish speaking Hispanic woman tells on the scene reporter, she saw 3 or 4 all black wearing masked men shooting, as she could see the muzzles flashing.

Make sure you watch and even save this, because it's going to be scrubbed from YT eventually.
Just understand what is happening.
