This shyt isn’t illegal. Why not focus on the abuse and physical attacks.

This is a circus.

So far.. I haven't heard any "crimes"

Again.. he not on trial for being a POS abuser.. which I believe he is!!

He definitely is not a sex trafficker in the way they are trying to paint him as

That's not what her testimony is about. It's about:

1. Establishing his abuse and the frequency of the freak-offs
2. Introducing the concept of outside sex workers being used for said freakoffs.
3. Sprinkling in the involvement of his staff/3rd parties for the freakoffs.
4. Creating the mental image of a depraved, abusive scumbag that will resort to anything to get his rocks off.

The producer that initially brought up the civil suit is supposed to testify after her. He is the one that allegedly had the inside knowledge of Diddy procuring sex workers across state lines for the freak offs. Again, all they need the jury to believe is that Diddy used staff to contact, procure, use and pay sex workers across state lines. That's it.

It does matter if they believe it or not if they don't give a shiit. I think he did, but do I care? No. Would I convict him? No.

Puff’s high powered attorneys are ruthless and have more experience than the prosecutors.. they are gonna destroy Cassie in cross-examination
:picard:
She strait up said she took drugs to disassociate herself. She didn't say he made her take them. Bet the have a female attorney cross examine her though. It's going to be brutal with lots of objections.

I might be late but one of the escorts testified SHE asked him to pee in her mouth?? I had a chick like this! :ohhh:Not guilty!

I don’t even want to understand why women are into the degrading subservient whorish things they’re into, but…. they’re into it!

Those female jurors are gona be more on Diddy side than people expect. Bc women know more than anyone the deplorable shyt they secretly like ‘for the right man’. They in the jury box like ‘shiiid I did that Memorial Day ‘04 she lyin’

Not even just that. Even if they aren't into that, they know more than anyone that there are women into that stuff.

Now this a voice of sense reasoning I like.

Exactly

No one wanted to know all this :scust:

Get to the crimes. Dude was sick but he never held a gun to her head. She literally left a normal nikka for this… and returned multiple times.

They even had an open relationship so she was able to date other nikkas. All this “fear of upsetting him” was just that. She wasn’t in fear of her life she was in fear of getting replaced until he started beating her.

The cross examination is going to be brutal, because what she is saying and what the prostitutes are saying are 2 different things almost…

But yeah.. Puff cooked in hiphop even if he beats the case. Dude was on some next level freaky shyt every week for years. This isn’t RICO worthy shyt though.
