Yeah it's like I'm living in an alternate reality. People actually think Puff is winning the case? The feds don't like losing and they know he had real resources to fight the case so they were going to make it iron clad before issuing an indictment. DHS raided his Miami home in March 2024, they didn't issue the indictment until September that year. He's completely fukking cooked.

It seems like some people don't even completely understand on what Puff is charged with.

Would you like to follow up on this?

Diddy has lost his reputation, a shyt ton of money, lots of opportunities, more lawsuits on the way, facing double digits behind bars, and is now a convicted felon.

Ion really consider this a win personally

Please don't spread misinformation

However, a former federal prosecutor, Jennifer Beidel, has warned that despite the reduced severity of the charges, Judge Arun Subramanian may still "throw the book" at the rapper during sentencing.

According to Beidel, Subramanian, referring to Diddy's propensity for violence while denying his request for a $1 million bail bond, hinted at this possibility.

"He is saying he thinks that Diddy poses a danger to society," Beidel told the Daily Mail.

She added, "In the bond hearing, both sides did a guidelines calculation, and the government's was higher. I think the judge is probably signaling that he's gonna be receptive to some of those additions to the guidelines range, and when the guidelines range goes up, the sentence usually goes up."

Is the former federal prosecutor wrong sir?

Plenty have been wrong before. All this is speculation. Besides, Sean made a deal.

No she aint. However it would be unprecendented and a miscarriage of justice for the judge to do so. Is it wrong? yes. Would anyone care? I doubt it

The Truth
Truth is, you have to be HOT to survive a scandal.

That's why R. Kelly did it, because he kept making hits.

Diddy hasn't had a top 20 song in 15 years. Nobody was paying attention to him before this & after this, nobody's going to want to.
Him walking out of jail could do wonders for his career. Depends on how he handles it

Probably wrong. Lots of people are reading way too much in the no bond. Under the bail reform act of 1983, a conviction under the Mann act does not allow for post conviction bond. The judge literally, by law, could not release Diddy on bond.
