The average person gets hit with something crazy like a RICO, and they just don't have the talent pool of lawyers to effectively challenge it, and fear kicks in when weighing the possibility of fighting 20+ years with a hand tied behind your back against just eating 5-10 or something like that on a plea.

Meanwhile, Diddy just had the resources to assemble a team that basically found a courtroom effective way to ask "How you gonna catch a conspiracy charge for fukking?"

After the jury announced Wednesday that the disgraced rapper was found not guilty on two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and racketeering conspiracy, his fans celebrated by spraying baby oil on one another in front of the Manhattan federal courthouse.

Per a video shared online, one of Combs’ supporters rejoiced by screaming and jumping up and down as a man poured a mini-sized bottle of the moisturizer all over her chest as people watched in awe.
