If he does, he will get it thrown out on appeal. Judge knows this...
It’s improbable due to federal sentencing guidelines per attorneys. The charges will be served concurrently regardless since the charges are tied together. At worst, is 10 years. The government is going to fight to get him just over 4 years which is not likely either.
