China slams NBC Olympics coverage for missing Taiwan, South China Sea from map

A spokesperson for the Chinese consulate called the map "incomplete" and said it had "hurt the dignity and emotions of the Chinese people.

China constantly does that. Pretends Taiwan is still part of China.

I doubt the way it's played in the Olympics, there is no check or reset after a made basket. Even that little change seems like it would be exhausting

Regular volleyball definitely suffers the most without crowds. Watched the Olympics since Beijing religiously & no crowd gets more hyped during an event like them

beach volleyball under the lights was like a damn club scene between all the outfits and DJ. Now it's silence. Still watchable but not the same..

Japan is super strict with the COVID restrictions. They'll have 10 cases of COVID across the entire country but still be in lockdown.

The IOC said that they want to "appeal to a younger audience" - so that's why they added skateboarding.
