Yesterday when I was watching NBC they showed a snippet of Simone and she said she's no longer fearless like she was when she was younger .
Something was off with Simone since the beginning of these Olympics. It wasn't meant to be.
I hope that she gets better both physically & mentally.

This year delay seems to have fukked over a lot of gymnasts after watching the doc on peacock. They worked hard to peak last year and this extra year of training and age got to a few of them

Undefeated since 2013. The pressure of being one of the stars especially in the Olympics when everyone expects her to cakewalk everything she does. Also we don't know what is happening in her private life may have issues there (family members ill etc). Anyone can crack even the most mentally strong because it's happened in the Olympics it's heighten.

Not looking good for the US softball team. They're currently down 1-0 to Japan in the Gold Medal match and they have struggled offensively in this game (and all of the tournament).
