The Italian on the anchor isn't a nobody tho. Tortu only second white to run a sub 10. Also Italy won a silver in the world relays earlier on in the year. It's not about who has what pedigree is about getting the baton around and being relaxed while doing it. Mitchell Blake when he runs never looks relaxed. Even in his 200m heat he was struggling to relax and as soon as people went past him he tensed up more.
