What can't you understand, let me make it very simple for you. Some countries shut down their athletics programs, meaning the government said you can not train. Stop being obtuse.

What was Italy's highest-ranking before this in sprinting and medal accounts and sprinting? The standard deviation of it is off the chart. This is a moot point.

The point is Italy was shut down, to the point police were beating people for being out. We all had the same handicaps, the US men simply failed to deliver gold on the track (crehs got us some gold in field events)

Got Parchment and Levy in the hurdles.

The team wasn’t slow they just had one bad pass and that’s all it takes now. Other countries have stepped up their game, US and Jamaica can’t win just off the strength of their depth while ignoring the fundamentals of relay technique.
