Just read where one of the producers said the movie's not going to be ready by September.In fact, they've yet to establish a release date.

I recently joked they might drag this shyt out to Black History Month 2017.....shyt might really happen

He was responsible for some stuff on Pac's Life, too. This is what he said after people criticized his work back then:

And you know what's really going to make them mad? The next 'Pac album, I'ma do the whole goddamn thing so nobody can say nothing. And I'm bringing everybody in, and we're really really going to dig into it.

To me, that quote suggests he was going to create an album with everyone in mind expect 2Pac. Hopefully this mentality hasn't carried over to this biopic...
