I'm playing UC3 again and my doubts that Nate is a descendant of Francis Drake returned full blown. I bet that nikka was just a delusional street rat looking for a father figure.

In part 3 it tells you he went to a school full of Drakes, so he's not related to him. The main antagonist tells you this

Don't know why I don't remember this... All I had was Marlowe implying that Drake wasn't Nate's real name and Nate lookin' guilty after that.
