Just like Juelz, Cam had Vado under paperwork too. He's a business man, Camron said he let Vado go after Khaled or whoever paid the fee.

It was confirmed on here by people in the industry that Vado was out the Interscope deal and by splitting from Interscope he was free of all business ties to Cam

and this was in mid 2012 before anyone even knew Vado was free

I remember cuz I made the thread where the industry cat dropped that info

and this was like half a year before anyone heard anything about a Khaled move

it's standard for a joint venture deal to end if the label pulls out of the deal, that's why you don't see Mobb Deep and shyt still running with G-Unit after Interscope dropped the whole G-Unit label

that's why if Cam wasn't straight up lying about getting paid by Khaled it was just a show of respect, Vado was free regardless

and it's logical too, or else why isn't every rapper that's dropped by a major still signed to their mentor

like Beans, Freeway, etc. weren't making any money for Def Jam and got dropped, why doesn't Jay Z own them for life

I listened to that interview he never said anyone paid Cam to get him out his deal
