My boss won't put his foot down to put his staff in check and lets them run all over him and because I'm too nice he keeps bugging me to save the day essentially. Even the other departments run all over him. I should be the manager.

I dont even know why I'm working in a warehouse at the moment...shyts been a fukked up past 2 years for me but I'm better than this job I need to find an alternative asap. One of the managers looks like a white supremacist too I really wanna put some toe cap boots on and stamp that crackas face in.

My schedule is terrible as well, my days off are Monday and Tuesday what the fukk is there to do on a Monday and Tuesday smh
