I do believe he got at least half an ep exploring his backstory. I have vague recollections of the ep
I remember him going into some detail about it when he was stranded with Gabe, but we have never actually seen it, I’m sure we will soon tho since they’re putting him at the forefront as an anti hero

Not sure if it’s been said but Gamma is wearing the whisperers mask that Lydia was wearing when they first introduced them.
I think it’s a cool touch since I’m assuming they are showcasing Alpha’s inabilities to let go of her daughter.
Also probably using that as a way to show Beta doesn’t like when someone gets too close to Alpha, leading into Negan and Alpha’s relationship like in the comics.
