Why would they? Serious question. He was already on trial for his other crimes before being placed back into office. Not unlike Trump.

That said, Israel funding Hamas or not stopping their October attack doesn’t absolve Hamas’s role in that attack. I’m not sure why folks attempt to present it that way.
